"THE BACHELOR'S" CHARLIE AND SARA COME BACK TO ARUBA AND GET A SURPRISE

ORANJESTAD: Recently, the Aruba Tourism Authority and Wyndham Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino surprised "The Bachelor" couple, Charlie and Sara, and invited them to vacation in Aruba and come back without camera crews following them around.

A week ago Monday, during the final episode of The Bachelor, Charlie chose Sara as the one he wanted to be with.

The couple arrived in Aruba on Friday, May 20, for several days of rest and romance. Charlie and Sara are staying at the Wyndham Aruba Resort Spa & Casino, where they have had a romantic time on the beach, dining at the restaurant "Azul," and at the Wyndham's gala dinner during the Art, Wine and Food Festival, to which they received a special invitation.
On Saturday, they took a short trip to the other side of the island and took the Kookoo Kunuku bus to San Nicolas, where they visited Charlie's Bar.

They also spent a romantic day aboard the "Mi Dushi." Afterward, they ate at both the Amazonia Restaurant and the Papiamento Restaurant.

Since their visit in March, both Charlie and Sarah have been enchanted by Aruba and the way they were treated here, and they have taken every opportunity to mention Aruba on television and in private.
Because of all they've done to promote Aruba, the couple was presented with "Goodwill Ambassador" certificates as a sign of appreciation.

The show's producer also received the same certificate for choosing Aruba (as a place to film). They all got mementos of Aruba to remind them of their visit to our island.

At the press conference, Myrna Jansen of ATA said that the magazine "Us Weekly" had asked to cover the couple's vacation in Aruba, with a local photographer taking pictures for the magazine.
