CELEBRITY CHEF LAURENT CANTINEAUX CREATES MASTERPIECE EVENT

"Bachelor" Stars Charlie and Sarah enjoy the Wyndham's Festival

PALM BEACH -- The Palm Beach Ballroom at the Wyndham Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino was host to the most perfectly assembled Gala Dinner ever held on Aruba. With a vast array of events held over this past weekend, the Celebrity Chef Champagne Gala was the elegant tier of the multifaceted Aruba Wine, Food & Art Festival. Celebrity Chef Laurent Cantineaux prepared the most tantalizing French-Caribbean cuisine for the guests to delight in. Each bite was unique in flavor and presentation, and accompanied by what seemed to be a never-ending flow of Moet Chandon & Dom Perignon sponsored by the Wine Club of Aruba.

The stars were aligned just right on Saturday night for the Wyndham, as not only was the elegantly appointed ballroom filled with the island's most elite business people and personalities, but a surprise visit from ABC's The Bachelor Stars Charlie and Sarah who partook in the Festival. Charlie and Sarah joined Wyndham's General Manager Rob Smith and his lovely wife Diana for the chic dinner.

The elegant gala came to a closure just after dessert when the walls of the ballroom discreetly disappeared -- transporting the guests back in time and into the center of an amazing rock concert. The blast of the music was loud that ties and jacket disappeared like the walls and everyone let their hair down. The flow of Moet Chandon & Dom Perignon continued throughout the concert and only a 'few' of the hardcore rockers danced on the tables.
